Review by hotel critic
During my recent business trip to the Oliven- & Genusshotel Hirzer, nestled in the cozy charm of South Tyrol, I couldn't help but feel inspired by the stunning surroundings. The breakfast buffet was an absolute delight, featuring daily homemade marble cake and traditional breads that perfectly complemented the high-quality cheeses and South Tyrolean bacon - a true gastronomic experience! The festive ambiance added an extra touch to the already inviting nature of the hotel. I particularly enjoyed the sauna area, offering a blissful escape from the busy day-to-day life. The serene atmosphere instantly refreshes the mind, making it ideal for any discerning nature lover like myself, keen on hiking along the breathtaking high-altitude trails nearby. While my views were slightly marred by dustbins on my second stay, the exceptional service and the harmonious concept of the hotel, focusing on gourmet cuisine influenced by olives, secured an overall positive impression. It's a great spot for a short getaway, combining relaxation, gourmet dining, and the rugged beauty of the Tyrolean landscape. I'll definitely be returning with friends for a well-deserved nature retreat!
